Request For Estimate

Drawing

If you have a drawing, please send it through either of the following methods.
(If you do not have a drawing, please feel free to contact us because we can provide designs.)
Please be sure to clearly state the following items on the drawing:

1. Part name
2. Drawing No.
3. Quantity
4. Materials (raw materials)
5. Dimensional tolerances
6. Finish (painting, plating, and polishing)

Sending of Drawing

• Via E-mail
  The data format for the drawing shall be in PDF, JPG, or GIF.
  For CAD data, acceptable formats are DWG and DXF (AutoCAD). However, drawings in the formats listed above should be attached, if possible, in the event of a failure due to a different system environment.
  Submit the drawing to m.yoshida[at]az-work.co.jp(*Please change [at] to @, when you send e-mail.)
• Via FAX
  Fax the drawing to 81-6-6309-0252
  * Up to the A3 size can be received.
• Via Postal Mail
  Send the drawing to the following address:

Items to be Completed

When you request an estimate, please state the following items:

1. Company (Organization)
2. Department
3. Name of person in charge
4. Postal code
5. Address
6. Phone No.
7. Fax No.
8. E-mail address
9. Web Site URL (if any)
10. Method for receiving estimate (FAX or E-mail)
11. Date of delivery required (if any)
12. Delivery location required (if any)

* Anonymous requests for an estimate will not be accepted.
* Personal information will not be used for purposes other than sending the estimate.

Dispatch of Estimate

Basically, we will respond to your request within two business days after the arrival of your drawing. However, additional days may be required depending on the specifics of your request. If you need the estimate immediately, please give us a call after sending the drawing. If you do not receive an e-mail or fax from us within two business days, please contact us via phone or fax since a problem may have occurred somewhere.

Ordering

When placing an order after checking the estimate, we will send an order sheet upon request. Please complete the order sheet and return it to us.

Payment

For the initial transaction, payment shall be made by bank transfer. We will make the processing arrangements after checking the remittance. For the second transaction and thereafter, we can discuss the method of payment. (If a bank transfer is not appropriate for schools, local governments, and research institutes, please inform us of the payment conditions so that we can discuss alternative payment methods.)
