Large Product Processing

Processing of large products does not appear to require high precision. However, as products become larger, dimensional errors become significant upon completion unless thermal distortion or properties inherent in the products can be predicted correctly.
First of all, the "straightening" performed during the pre-processing stage will affect the precision of the finished product. Second, although products will be manufactured while calculating the thermal distortion generated during the welding stage, the proficiency of experienced personnel is required to achieve design accuracy upon completion. At AZ-WORK MFG, our welding engineers are well-capable of achieving accuracy up to within 0.1 mm.
